Shipping Policy

We ship orders across India. Delivery estimates are indicative and may vary by destination, courier operations, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.

Shipping charges

Free shipping is available on prepaid orders where shown at checkout. Cash-on-delivery orders may incur an additional COD fee, which will be shown during checkout.

Order dispatch

We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Orders placed on Saturday after 5 p.m. may be dispatched on the next working day. Custom-prepared products may require additional processing time.

Estimated delivery

Delivery commonly takes approximately 5–9 working days for metro and Tier I locations after dispatch. Some PIN codes may take longer. If your order is delayed, contact hello.fabveda@gmail.com with your order number.

Important: inspect and record your parcel

If the parcel looks torn, damaged, wet or tampered with, photograph it and record a video before opening it. For any parcel, record one continuous, unedited video showing the unopened package and shipping label, the full opening process, and the product after removal. Do not stop, cut or edit the video. Show any damage or defect clearly and keep the original file.

Report any transit damage, manufacturing defect or wrong item to hello.fabveda@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number, photos and the complete continuous unboxing video. Keep the product, tags and packaging unused and available for inspection.

Exchange-only policy

Fabveda does not offer ordinary returns or refunds. If a manufacturing defect, transit damage or wrong item attributable to Fabveda is verified, an exchange may be arranged after review. Damage caused after delivery, misuse, washing, wearing or alteration is not eligible for exchange. If there is no continuous unboxing video, we may be unable to verify the claim and the request may be declined under our policy, subject to rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Indian law.
